Residence Abba e Chelu - S. Margherita di Pula - Chia Print E-mail


Abba e Chelu is a small group of self-catering apartments not far from Cagliari (about 45 kilometers) and close to Santa Margherita di Pula and Chia. Pinus Village is the name of the whole complex. Inside Pinus Village, there is the Abba e Chelu Residence, about 300 meters from the local white sandy beach.

 

The apartments are a part of a circular-shaped building on two floors that encloses a small square. They are mostly on the ground floor, except for one on the first floor. A pool area is separated from the main complex.

All the apartments were recently restored and have new furnishings. The standard equipment includes a small courtyard, fridge, freezer, gas cooker, safe, parking area, satellite TV, air conditioning and laundry service on request.

The apartments are available in the following types:
B4 (sleeps 4): living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room, bathroom with shower, small courtyard;
B4 Junior Suite (sleeps 4): bigger then a B4 but on two floors;
C6 (sleeps 6): living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, two double rooms, bathroom with shower, small courtyard.

Notes
The double rooms may have twin beds. It is not possible to add extra beds.

Reception office on location, pool, snack bar, parking, coin laundrette. A club card is needed to access the pool area.

Approx. 300 meters from a nice sandy cove.

Approx. 1,500 meters from "La Pineta" shopping center, where you will find a market, some shops, a bar and a pizzeria. You will need a car to reach other places.

Small pets are welcome (an extra charge for the final cleaning service is required).

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES ARE POSSIBLE ANY DAY (IN AUGUST, ONLY SATURDAY) - MIN. STAY 7 NIGHTS

Compulsory local charges:
Lump sum: Eur 35 per person per week (water, gas, energy consumption, bed linen and towels changed weekly).
Final cleaning (except kitchenette facilities): B4 Eur 60 - B4JS and C6 Eur 70.
Refundable deposit: Eur 150 per apartment.

Optional charges (to be requested at time of booking):
Air conditioning: B4 Eur 65 per week - B4 JS and C6 Eur 100 per week
Baby bed: Eur 25 per week. 
Kitchen corner cleaning: Eur 50
Pets: Eur 50 per stay

Rules:
Arrivals: from 17:00 to 20:00.
Departures from 08:00 to 10:00

An extra charge of Euros 25,00 may be required for arrivals and departures out of scheduled timetable.
