Apartments Green Village - Palau Print E-mail

Green Village is a recently-built residence consisting of a small number of apartments surrounded by well-kept gardens. Some of the accommodations overlook a private pool, while others are in a separate complex. This nice residence is just 1,000 meters away from the village center and looks out at the  islands of La Maddalena and Santo Stefano, which can be reached by ferry. 

The apartments are comfortably furnished. They can be on the ground floor or on the first floor. They are all equipped with roofed veranda with table and chairs, kitchenette, private bathroom with shower, TV, direct dial telephone.

They are available in the following types:
MONO (studio, sleeps 2): living room with double sofa bed.
BILO (two rooms, sleeps 4): living-room with double sofa bed, double bedroom.

Reception office, solarium, pool equipped with sunbeds and beach umbrellas, car or scooter rental, transfer from Olbia, token laundry.

150-250 meters from a nice sandy beach (according to the position of each apartment). A short ferry trip will bring you to the spectacular coves of La Maddalena island.

1,000 meters (a short walk) from shops, restaurants, markets and touristic port.

Small pets are welcome (except on beaches and in common spaces). Please note: an extra charge for cleaning is required.
