Villa la Cala is a stunning accommodation on the sea, located on the island of La Maddalena. Its best features are the privacy and the unique sea view that guests may enjoy from both indoors and outside.

The villa is on two levels and has:

Ground floor: a wide living room with dining area, several sitting corners, a library with fireplace, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a laundry room, a toilet, two double bedrooms with sea view, a bathroom with shower, another bathroom with shower and bathtub.

First floor: a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a living area with TV set, two double bedrooms, another bathrom with shower stall.

OUTDOORS

The villa is surrounded by a nice garden with Mediterranean plants and direct access to a small sandy cove. We also find a barbecue area with table and chairs, a roofed veranda at the back of the kitchen, two roofeda terraces with sea view (one upstairs and one downstairs).
