Araucaria is a large detached villa located in a non commercial complex. The short distance from Cagliari and its airport makes it ideal for weekly stays.

We recommend this special villa for groups of friends who are looking for amenities such as a great private pool, tennis facilties, and a large alfresco area where guests can prepare and enjoy tasty meals.   

INDOORS

The villa size is about 250 sqm. A few marble steps lead to the lower floor which has a large living area with TV, sitting corner, and a scenical grand piano, two twin bedrooms, and a bathroom (shower) without windows.

The upper floor has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower), a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower) and a roofed terrace with a view on the pool area, another twin bedroom.

Please note  this villa isn't equipped with an indoor kitchen.

OUTDOORS

It's an accommodation mostly conceived to offer comfortable alfresco spaces. It has a large private pool (size 16X10 meters -depth min 1,50 max 3,00 meters), a private tennis court (it may be used overnight paying an extra charge), a barbecue area, a large gazebo with table and benches equipped with an outdoor kitchen. We also find outdoors a large roofed veranda and a fourth bathroom.

Please note the villa is about 50 meters from a busy road. It can cause some noises especially on saturday.
