Le Residenze di Costa Rei are groups of similar self catering apartments and holiday homes managed in residence formula. They share a centralized reception office that manages assistance services on the spot.
They can be in Monte Nai or in Rei Marina (two different districts of Costa Rei) and are classified according to the sea distance.
FASCIA A It's the area between the main road and the beach side. The accommodations are 100 /300 meters from the sea. We find in this group self catering apartments in low buildings on two floors or semi-detached and terraced small holiday homes. FASCIA B The accommodations are between the main road and the hill side and 300/700 meters from the beach. Some of them are part of low buildings on two floors with 2 or 4 apartments. There are also some terraced or semi-detached holiday homes. FASCIA C It's located on the hill side of Costa Rei. The accommodation are from 700/1.200 meters from the beach. The apartments are in low buildings on two floors. We find also semi-detached or terraced holiday homes. All the accommodations are furnished in a simple but comfortable way, according to preferences of each owner. They are available in the following types: BILO 2/4 (two-roomed - 2/4 beds - 35 sqm)
living room with kitchen corner and double or single sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
TRILO 4 (three-roomed - 4 beds - 45sqm) living room with kitchen corner, double bedroom, children bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower.
TRILO 6 (three-roomed - 6 beds - 55 sqm) living room with kitchen corner and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom or with bunk beds, bathroom with shower.
QUADRI 6/8 (four-roomed - 6/8 beds - 70 sqm) living room with kitchen corner (some have a double sofa bed), a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms (usually one of them has bunk beds), one or two bathrooms with shower.
VILLA 6/8 (6/8 beds - 55/80 sqm) living room with kitchen corner and double sofa bed, one or two double bedrooms, one or two twin bedrooms (usually with bunk beds or on a loft), one or two bathrooms with shower.
Roofed veranda or patio with garden furnishings. Some of them have a garden (not always fenced). from 2 to 8 The standard equipment of each accommodation includes a barbecue, an outdoor shower, a satellite dish (tv set and decoder on request) and a washing machine (not always available). Usually the kitchen corners are equipped with fridge and freezer, gas cooker, sink and hood. Welcome and assistance service on the spot, linen hire, tourist information, transfer from Cagliari-Elmas airport (on request). From 100 to 1,200 meters. On the spot all the main services and shops are available (e.g. gas station, cash dispenser, first aid station, restaurants, markets, pizzerias). The medium distance is from 300 to 700 meters. According to the position of the accommodations they can be just a short stroll away. Small pets are welcome (a supplement for the final cleaning service will be required).
